Whatever the reason, we are always happy to arrange to come to you to inspect and collect books. In many ways, this is the best way to do it as it avoids the risk of damage in transit by post, and if you have a large number of items in need of attention, they can be considered without the need for sending large numbers of photographs, which in our experience can quickly become unwieldy to discuss.
For extremely valuable or delicate works which would not survive transit in their current state, we are happy to work on them on site. Simply let us know that you would prefer us to conduct our work on location and we will discuss making that arrangement with you.
